Evo's Contact database software is one of the easiest and most accurate services we have used. I have managed BusinesSuites Turtle Creek for ten years and during that time we have used three different solutions to facilitate our telephone answering service. The ability to run so many different reports easily has made my life as the Manager a lot easier and our clients have really benefited from our ability to go back and look up a phone number for them. All of the "bells and whistles" in the latest version has truly enhanced the user friendliness of the software and has given the Receptionist the ability to have all of the information on a client available without having to cross-reference with any other program. The web-based system has given everyone the capability of database maintenance without having to send a message to the receptionist to modify or add a record. And the email sent to the customer when we put a caller into voice mail has been a real hit with the clients, particularly the virtual clients and those who travel frequently. All of that being said, it's the Customer Service quality that is unique in the software industry and, especially for us in the executive suite industry, the speed in which a request for assistance or information is handled is key to our success!

Our migration to the Evo platform could not have been more seamless. With their weekend support we were able to move our eight locations to Evo with zero downtime. Monday came and went without a single support call. This is a testement to the stability and ease of use of the Evo Console. Making this move has made my job much easier.
While planning for a new business center, we evaluated three different PBX systems and with Evo Technologies' support, we verified that Contact was the only software solution that would work correctly with all three PBX's. I found the support at Evo Technologies to be exceptional. They enabled us to make the best telecommunications decision for our new center.

We have been running Evo Technology's software on our Option 11 switches at 5 different locations for over a year now and have been very pleased with the reliability and ease of use. Our receptionists can be trained to run the switch like pro's in just a few minutes. We have also found Evo's technical support to be superb. We plan on using this software on all our new locations.
Thanks for getting us up and running with Contact! My staff and I (and most importantly, my tenants!) have been extremely pleased with the product. It's enabled us to execute calls quicker and more efficiently, train new receptionists faster, and communicate with our tenants better.
