Using the latest in database connectivity technology, HostedConsole will enable you to connect to your existing corporate directory in real time. HostedConsole can even connect to multiple directories in multiple different formats. (See list of supported databases below)

HostedConsole can also be configured to connect to your PBX's internal directory so that as you add extensions to your phone system, your operator staff automatically have this information ready for call processing.

Cisco Attendant Console Replacement

As of the latest Cisco Call Manager release, Cisco no longer supports their attendant console application.
