Incoming calls can be presented to your reception staff based on incoming Direct
Inward Dial (DID) information, Calling Line Identification (Caller ID/CLID) or based
on specific trunk routes.
Screen pops, type-o-matic searches and intuitive call controls ensure that Contact
provides a powerful windows based CTI application that delivers fast and accurate
call handling from any standard desktop PC. Contact’s intuitive user interface displays
important information about incoming callers along with proper greeting and call
